For mortgage advice we are paid by a combination of fee (usually £299) plus commission from the lender. For investment advice and pensions advice we will explain the fee payment options available to you before any charge is incurred. Protection advice is usually paid for by commission but we will be pleased to discuss and explain fee options if this is preferred. The value of pensions and investments can fall as well as rise. You may get back less than you invested. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
