To further enrich his surgical expertise, he pursued a Graduate Diploma in Applied Anatomy by Dissection at the University of New England, Armidale, in 2013. Dr. Williams began his journey as a junior doctor in Newcastle, where he honed his skills through diverse experiences across the wider Hunter New England region. His pursuit of excellence led him to be accepted into the vascular surgical training pathway at the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Over the course of five years, Dr. Williams embarked on a transformative journey, gaining invaluable surgical exposure at top-tier hospitals across Australia and New Zealand. His expertise covers a wide spectrum of vascular procedures, ranging from open surgery to cutting-edge minimally invasive techniques. Among his specialties are arterial surgery, minimally invasive venous procedures, and dialysis access surgery. A distinguished Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Dr. Williams is also a proud member of the esteemed Australian and New Zealand Society for Vascular Surgery.
