Our vision for starting HVG Consulting was to be a full-service operations management firm for Solopreneurs to help them supercharge their businesses and support their vision to grow beyond solopreneurship. We are an Operations Consulting firm. As such, we provide both strategy and implementation. We believe this offers the busy Solopreneur the greatest opportunity for success. The idea for BOOST Managed Services was born in 2012. This service alone would catapult the Solopreneur’s business to new heights by freeing up time to focus on growth functions and BEING the entrepreneur. We realized a piece of the puzzle was still missing. The Solopreneur is the CEO of the business. In essence, the ideas person. The CEO needs a “right-hand man”, better known as a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to help carry out the execution of the viable ideas.
