Hybrid Connections works across a large number of sectors and business types, we aim to provide technically vetted resource from 1st line support to Technical Architects / Consultants and everything in between. We provide contract, permanent, temporary or FTC models to align with business and project needs. Our model was born from partnering with a large IT consultancy business providing them with contracting and BAU permanent resourcing across their growing client portfolio and helping them maximise their business with competent committed contractors. Our vision is to support our clients brands with a ‘virtual bench’ of resource that are technically vetted, committed and understand the importance of project delivery amongst a large portfolio of common technologies. Alongside this we have partners that can offer tailored business support recruitment across the commercial spectrum. Our aim is to sit in the background and follow our clients journey’s, playing a huge part in commercial delivery and helping them grow their brand and reputation in the technology space. Our coverage is UK wide, and we also have channels to support European & middle eastern engagements.
