Hygienic Tanks

Hygienic Tanks was established in the year 2013 with an aim of cleaning of drinking water tanks and sumps Reservoirs by Scientific Cleaning methods by using sophisticated equipment’s. Water plays the major role in our daily routine and we use them for bathing brushing washing and for cooking and all the water has to be stored in a hygienic place where it does not contaminate and grows bacteria and around 60% of diseases are caused to humans are water-born. And the same can be controlled by the proper maintenance of storing of water ie the cleaning of storage tanks and sumps in regular intervals. The Cleaning of water tanks can be done by both manual and scientific process: In the Manual Cleaning Process the cleaning involves 3 stages and ie by cleaning the tank completely disinfecting the tank by chlorine for 12 to 24 hours and check for the residual chlorine concentration is 0.5mg/l and this process is time consuming and involves wastage of water in the water tank. In the Scientific Cleaning process the cleaning of water tanks starts from cleaning of the tanks caps and its surroundings by high pressure motor jet then it comes to the dewatering of tanks and removing of the sludge with sludge pump and then cleaning or removing out the algae or other substances from the ceiling and walls of the tanks is done after this the tiny particles in the ceiling are sucked out with vacumme sucker machine and the tank is sterilized with a safe anti-bacterial agent to all the surface of the tank and finally treating the tank with ozone or ultraviolet rays for complete cleaning of microbial bacteria if any in the tank. And the whole process will take just few hours for cleaning and water wastage is also less. It has been observed in the past that the cleaning of this tanks and sumps was done by untrained and unprofessional daily laborers with the help of tidy (uncleaned) broom sticks and scrubbers.
