Our CKD meals, available as six meals per day, comprising of breakfast, mid-meal, lunch, snacks, dinner, and bed meal, are carefully curated to meet the dietary requirements of CKD patients. These meals are low in sodium with less than 1500 mg per serving, low in potassium with less than mg, low in phosphorus with less than mg, low to moderate in protein less than 0.6-0.8 gm/kg body weight (not more than 10% of total calories) with doctor's suggested fluid calculations. Our diabetic meals are formulated based on the glycemic index and glycemic load of foods, with carbohydrates making up 45% to 65% of total calories. The protein content is up to 20% of total calories, while the fiber content is 14g for every kcal. Fat makes up 25% to 35% of total calories. Our cancer meals are high in complex carbohydrates and protein, low in fat, oxalates, animal foods, and sugar. These meals are rich in vitamins and minerals that help prevent deficiencies, while also favoring plant-based foods.
