I Am Global Events

I am Global Events aims to be a leading multi genre music festival provider within Barcelona & similar cities globally. I am Global Events will hold its first annual music festival in the city of Barcelona on June 6th & 7th 2015. I am Global Festival was founded in June 2014 from the parent company’s SL Entertainment London Limited & The No1 Weekender who specialises in UK & international events – most recently a 3 day event in Barcelona for 1500 people. SL Entertainment London Limited & The No1 Weekender set out to find a European destination that could be the base for a festival for those local and those based in the United Kingdom and surrounding countries. After thorough research SL Entertainment London Limited & The No1 Weekender team decided that Barcelona would be a very suitable city. With the atmosphere that would suit to the event along with leading venues that could facilitate a festival. SL Entertainment London Limited & The No1 Weekender team packaged an event within the month of June 2014 facilitating 800 people in various venues as a trial basis for the next year’s festival The event ‘Barcelona Weekender 2014’ was received well by both the United Kingdom and Barcelona alike selling out accommodation packages within the first two months of sale then going on to selling out of event passes in Early May. The No1 Weekender took place on the 7th June – 10th June 2014 within the 3 days The No1 Weekender held 3 club nights, a boat party & water park party. From this trial SL Entertainment London Limited & The No1 Weekender were able to create a clear plan of what would need to be improved and established to create an efficient and effective festival for 2015.
