I Am Wellbeing

Trauma is a silent epidemic disrupting lives across socio-economic strata, particularly of those on the margins. The six-letter word is weighing down millions of Indians as a majority remains unaware of its prevalence and consequences. At I Am Wellbeing | Nairatmya Foundation, we are lifting that weight off individuals one intervention at a time by empowering an army of changemakers on the ground. We are a mental health not-for-profit organisation dedicated to breaking cycles of intergenerational trauma and building an ecosystem of trusted, available, and trained adults. We work with underserved, high-risk communities and have supported over one lakh survivors of violence, discrimination, abuse, and systemic oppression. With a multidisciplinary team of experts, our holistic approach to mental health care includes individual therapy, group interventions, and skill-building. We are democratising access to mental health by making high-quality, low-cost support accessible to all as we believe healing is not a privilege, it is a right!
