Once authorised by the FCA, firms are recognised as achieving the highest standards and they can “passport” throughout Europe. Achieving FCA standards is not easy. It can take a minimum of six months, and many firms that apply are either turned down or withdraw their application once they realise just how high the standards are and how demanding the regulations. For this reason, we have created a turnkey authorisation service,"Compliance Hosting", whereby we will: · Complete all of the forms with the applicants and Executive Directors. · Write the first draft of the Regulatory Business Plan (on behalf of the company), which we will develop and edit so that it is ready for submission. · Form the company for you, supply the initial Shareholder and Directors, and pass across to the owners as soon as possible. · We will offer a “virtual office” up until the application pack is well progressed with the FCA and then we can offer an actual operating office, once authorised.
