I-Guru Yoga

I-Guru includes many aspects of a complete yoga system – Postures, breathwork and guided meditation, all helping you to combat the realities of city life, technology overload, sleeplessness and stress. We work when you don’t have to, coming to you when you need us most, whether that’s an early morning session at our pop up, lunchtime at work, or in the evening so you sleep like a baby. We come to your home, meeting room, gym, office or hotel. during the summer months practice outside on a rooftop or in a local park. Wherever you decide to practice, all you need is your mat.
