Our development and coaching programmes help individuals build a resilient ‘I have got this!’ mindset. This empowers them to find clarity, recognise their value, take control and find courage to own their future. Founders Alison Burgess and Cathy Lawson are passionate about using their 60 years of experience to help women back into the workplace and be the best version of themselves. Whether a returning parent, recovering from illness, impacted by the pandemic or experiencing a degree of change in our lives, it can alter the way we see the world, our priorities and what we want out of life. It can also affect our confidence and motivation which can lead us to feeling stuck, stressed or overwhelmed. Gaining control starts with our mindset, understanding ourselves, understanding what we truly want as our future and the motivation to achieve it. ‘I have got this!’ doesn’t just teach new skills, it changes how people see the world to unveil the endless choices and possibilities you have. Individuals will gain clarity on what success looks like and help them overcome the obstacles and limiting beliefs that are holding them back.
