i99 provides gymnastics and functional fitness instruction to adult athletes, coaches, and kids. Our traveling team of expert instructors delivers a variety of programs for all ages and ability levels in host facilities around the world. We offer five tracks for all ages and ability levels Life, Fit, Elite, Coach, and Kids programs. Our system is a subset of extremely efficient drills and skills carefully selected from the i99 Elite Gymnastics Progressions developed by David Bradley in 1993. Our instructors deliver the curriculum using a highly effective combination of proven audio cues, video analysis, and hand spotting otherwise known as movement sculpting. The functional fitness community is continually raising the bar and using elite gymnastics movements to separate the best from the rest. The problem is most fitness enthusiasts don't have the time to train 20 to 30 hours a week to master these movements safely, and most facilities can't afford to have an expert gymnastics instructor on staff. Our program solves these problems by offering weekend clinics that inject our techniques and philosophy into your community and provide post clinic programming that is easily inserted into existing training schedules.
