Iaero Centre

The iAero Centre in Yeovil, Somerset, is a 2,500 square metre R&D facility, which supports the aerospace and high-value design and engineering technology supply chains. This two-storey innovation hub, which opened in 2022 offers workshops, conference rooms, networking areas, and a helicopter hangar. The Centre is a collaboration between Somerset Council and Leonardo Helicopters UK, located in an area with a strong aerospace and aviation history. iAero aims to connect the entire ecosystem, including primes, SMEs, equipment providers, innovators, academia, institutions, and customers. The iAero Centre's team mission is to nurture an environment where SMEs and global companies can rapidly develop new products and high-value design and engineering solutions, accelerating innovation and fostering sustainable development within the UK aerospace supply chain.
