Welcome to IBC, the UK’s fastest growing Buying Group for Independent Builders Merchants in the UK. Established in 2008 we have developed an unrivalled understanding of Independent Merchants’ needs. Based in Welham Green, the IBC team have a wealth of commercial and merchanting experience from both national and independent merchants. Our focus is on putting members at the centre of everything we do, ensuring our membership enjoy the best competitive deals, robust business support and a strong voice. IBC’s core mission is to deliver continuous improvements for our members, not just in terms of commercially advantageous supplier deals, but also in supporting them to become stronger businesses by helping them to develop their back office, IT, people and operational capability Over the last two years IBC has established key working relationships with both the BMF and NMBS. These organisations are key to enabling us to continue developing our offering for our members. In 2014 we introduced 50 IBC members to the BMF, showing the benefits that their organisation can offer the Independent Merchant. Our close relationship with NMBS allows us to provide the support our members require to run their business successfully. IBC are committed to our member’s continued success and future growth.
