IBC16 is a blog dedicated to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. It is an initiative started by the students of Graduate Insolvency Program (GIP) in an attempt to learn from, and to give back to, India's burgeoning restructuring community. With this blog, we are trying to create the kind of comprehensive resource which we would have liked to find online, but could not. We believe that a new profession under a new law deserves an appropriately fresh and modern platform. And we hope that you will find IBC16 to be it.
