IBERCISA, since its founding in 1969, has been dedicated to the design and manufacture, under its own technology, of the widest range of deck machinery for all kind of marine markets (fishing, tugs, oceanographic, navy, offshore) and services. From the start, IBERCISA was characterized by its loyalty to the boat-building industry, its innovation, deriving from its experience and knowledge of the people of the sea, in perfect combination with its highly qualified engineers and technical staff and an outstanding "international" spirit which sees its machinery present in all the oceans of the world and in more than 30 countries. IBERCISA has a wide ranging and ultra-modern machinery-tool park with numerical control (lathes, milling machines, boring machines) which in conjunction with an up- to- date factory, furnished with a complete system of crane bridges and acareful manufacturing organization (oxygen cutting, boiler forge, mechanized and assembling), allows for optimum speed in production in terms of times and processes as well as to achieve a final product in accordance with the high standards of quality and reliability demanded by the customer. In a bid to be continually adaptable to more flexible design methods, the Company is presently using CAD with advanced parametrical 3D software. Once the design is finished it is sent through the CAM system to machines with CNC in order to be processed automatically. IBERCISA has an internal and independent Quality Control Department to guarantee that our client receives a machine which has been tested and adapted to new market technologies and requirements as well as meeting the LRQA approved quality management system standards ISO held by the Company. Since its establishment way back in 1969, Ibercisa has evolved and accumulated a wide range of experience. In order to stay with the times, the Company is continually striving to strengthen its processes of research and development.
