Iberia Business Group (IBG) is an automotive holding in Georgia, engaged in the import, sales, and servicing of brand-new vehicles. Established in 2001, the holding rapidly developed and had already evolved into a consolidated and influential trade-industrial group. IBG is the official representative of several leading global automotive brands, including Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, Mitsubishi Motors, and Kia Motors. The company’s showrooms and service centers are located along David Agmashenebeli Alley. The Group also includes ITA Ltd, a company specialized in spare parts. ITA officially represents globally recognized brands such as Bosch, Febi, Blueprint, Dayco, Japko, Kavo, Topran, Trucktec, Voller, Aba, ELF, Lotos, Bayeroll, Lubratech, Eurojet–Rombat, Urban, among others.
