IBSA is a nonprofit organization that provides direct employment or career counseling, microenterprise training & development and facilitates courses involving specialized training and certification. We provide a platform whereas working professionals, corporations and the owners of small business enterprises can contribute to our programs of value in the immediate community. With a sense of cooperation and a concrete plan of action, we offer programs and initiatives that uplifts youth, single parents, teenage mothers, ex-felons and we support individual professionals, executives and entrepreneurs in their personal endeavors.
