IC Possibilities Consulting Inc. is a Victoria-based company specializing in Creative Planning Dialogues, relational leadership, effective teamwork training, conflict resolution, facilitation training, and public consultation. Our associates come from diverse backgrounds - corporate, labour, education, journalism, government and crown management. They are dedicated to sharing their years of experience with clients. For over ten years, IC Possibilities has provided a complete range of tools which help organizations develop a shared common purpose and goals. We believe that by including those people who might be affected by a proposed change, and being willing to be reflective on their perspectives, an opportunity exists to collaboratively develop viable options for meeting the challenges of change.
