The IC3 Movement (International Career & College Counseling Movement) is a global initiative dedicated to bringing career and college counseling to every school. Since 2016, IC3 has grown into the world’s largest community of counseling professionals, connecting schools, 900+ universities, and impacting over 6 million students worldwide. At the heart of IC3 is the Annual IC3 Conference & Expo, uniting educators, counselors, universities, and policymakers. Celebrating 10 years of impact, the 10th Annual IC3 Conference & Expo will be held in Mumbai on 19–20 August 2026, offering a platform to expand counseling access, set future agendas, and empower schools and educators. IC3 is also launching two new initiatives: IC3 Regional Conferences – immersive, two-day programs connecting educators, counselors, and leaders with universities, industry experts, and policymakers. First-Ever IC3 Regional Conference – South Asia | 23–24 January 2026 | O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU), Sonipat, Haryana, India. IC3 On Demand – tailored, outcome-driven events co-created with mission-aligned institutions. First edition: 28 November 2025 at the Australian High Commission, New Delhi, with The University of Queensland and Study Australia.
