These services cover both companionship and support and personal care needs. Our care packages are tailored to the specific needs of the client and can range from a small amount of help each week (e.g. companionship and trips out) to more intense packages such as helping you get up, washed and dressed and more. We provide: • Social and Emotional Support • Support of Family/Friends • Assistance with shopping and outings • Assistance with doctors and dentist visits • Meal preparation • Personal support • Houses keeping (assistance with the things that the indavidual or your self can not do) The minimum duration of a visit is 2 hours. Before we start any services, our Personal Support Worker will come to visit you in your home to complete a no obligation care assessment and agree the level of service you require. By looking at your specific needs we can match your requirements with the skill sets and characters of our HomeCarers. It is important to us that you are totally comfortable with the HomeCarer, both personally and professionally.
