Ice Effects’ founder and lead designer, Steve Rose is a world-class Ice Sculptor. His wealth of talent and knowledge allows us to deliver the full scope of projects, from incredible multi-ton displays to limited-budget home parties and everything in between, with the same success. In the world of ice, few can match Steve’s resume, which includes: over 26 years planning and creating large displays for clients, such as The Quebec Winter Festival, Disney World Resorts, Boston’s First Night Celebrations, National Culinary and Event Production Conventions, and multiple major sporting and entertainment events. He’s been the recipient of a number of national and international awards, including being a 2-time national champion of Ice Sculpture, and has represented the United States at the winter Olympic cultural events. As well as serving as instructor of Ice Sculpture for the Culinary Institute of America.
