We understood the sweet pepper from the well-known variety 'Kurtova Kapija' can only be found in the South-eastern European region and is recognizable by its shape, easy peeling, and incredible taste in all European markets. Our goal is to deliver this product directly to the European market with high quality and safe for consumption. Peppers are being washed, seeds removed, cut to a suitable shape, and deep freeze in a flow tunnel. It is packed according to the customer’s wishes, usually in cardboard boxes, PE, or natron bags. After packing metal detection is done the product is stored in a cold store at a temperature of -20C. Icebag is a one-stop place for frozen & fresh peppers.
