ICEG European Center is an independent research institute, based in Budapest, Hungary, providing high quality economic research and consultancy services. The research priorities of the Center include economic trends with a particular focus on macroeconomic developments, economic growth and competitiveness, as well as research related to the knowledge-based economy and society. We work on a network-basis, having partner institutes, experts and colleagues all over the EU27 and outside. Most of our research efforts are concentrated on the New Member States (EU12), Southeast Europe, but we also carry out studies on the CIS and various Asian countries.
