Iceyou

IceYou is a ready-made frozen food delivery service with own production base. The project was conceived and created in 2021 in Moscow, the shareholders are Peter and Ekaterina Kondratiev, Igor and Ilya Pisarsky. The dishes are prepared in a professional equipped factory-kitchen located in the center of Moscow, and are poured into molds in the form of disks with a diameter of 13 cm with a logo. After beeing cooked, they are frozen by the method of "acoustic freezing"(AEF – Acoustic Extra Freezing) and delivered in individual vacuum bags to retail and wholesale customers who pre-place an order on the official website. The technology of "acoustic freezing" is based on the developments of Soviet scientists in the field of nano-crystallization of ice during long-term storage of products. With its help, it is possible to completely preserve the taste, texture, color and biochemical properties of a freshly prepared dish. Thus, the defrosted dish does not differ in quality from the one just cooked, and its shelf life reaches 2 years. At the moment, there are 35 items in the assortment of the service (4 types of breakfasts, 9 soups, 16 second courses, 5 side dishes, 2 types of bone broths). The menu is updated regularly.
