ICOM started out as a group of talented individuals from various disciplines who used their combined skill sets to develop a number of multimedia products. One of these products, a training video for the Canadian Military, revealed the benefits of combining learning methodologies with video production and high-end media. As a result, ICOM was redefined, becoming an electronic learning company.
