Icon Legacy Custom Modular Homes is transforming the status quo of the modular home building industry. We are a prefab, systems built modular component manufacturer of prefabricated residential and light commercial structures in the central Susquehanna valley in beautiful Pennsylvania. We employ a management staff with more than 185 years combined experience in the modular housing and prefab home building business. Our production, engineering, sales and management staff understand the prefab modular system-built industry and what it takes to design, manufacture and sell quality constructed custom modular homes to regional independent builders from Maine to Florida.
