Iconica Construction Ltd

Iconica Construction Limited is a high-performance construction and project delivery firm redefining what it means to build at the highest level in Africa. Headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, Iconica specialises in architecturally complex, technically demanding developments — luxury residential towers, large-scale commercial builds, hospitality projects, and mixed-use developments executed to uncompromising international standards. The firm brings together a multidisciplinary team of specialists with deep experience on landmark projects across global markets. That expertise is applied directly here — in Africa — to deliver work that holds its own against any international benchmark. Alongside that, Iconica operates with a deliberate commitment to building local capacity: embedding world-class methods, systems, and professional standards into the next generation of African construction talent. Iconica is currently the main contractor on 88 Nairobi — set to be the tallest luxury residential tower in Africa. The project represents not just a structural milestone, but a proof of concept: that East Africa can deliver at the very top of the global development market. Formerly operating as Whitesteid Construction Limited, Iconica carries forward a strong technical foundation while marking a new chapter in ambition, scale, and scope.
