Our innovative manufacturing process combining both precision electroforming and CNC machining produces high efficiency, long lasting ICPMS Sampler and Skimmer cones. Electroforming methods are optimised to result in the highest performance, repeatable parts. Cones manufactured from Nickel, Copper, and Aluminium with the possibility to produce copper cores and the ability to electroform Platinum tips removing the need for outside fixing. Electroformed hole geometries offer the flexibility of curved, tapered or parallel sidewall. At ICPMS Cones Ltd continuous improvement has been at the forefront of the company and has led to investments in new machinery and training helping to improve processes and product.
