Mission: ICT-mastery knows how to clearly objectify the vague concept of 'skill' so that it can be used practically to benefit the development of professionals, organisations and society. Once skills have been objectified, issues regarding the desired and available expertise can be easily resolved. With this we eliminate waste in the entire value chain. How: We objectify skills from documents such as CVs, Vacancy texts, Role profiles, Training materials, Books, Manuals, Instructions, Contracts, Business plans, Policy notes, SLAs, Standard sheets, Professional products, Portfolios, etc. We do this by applying semantic software. The analysis result is both qualitative (which skills were found?) and quantitative (how much and at what level?). Target group: The principles of skills management are universally applicable, however, ICT-mastery limits itself to Skills for Digital Information Professionals and management, not the end users. Digital Information Professionals design, build, implement and manage processes and systems in the digital domain that are effective, secure and ethical.
