Founded in 1995 by Alexandre Cukier, ID Beauty Group has developed strong competencies in three core activities : the formulation and manufacture of high-tech cosmetic products via AG Labs, the conception and development of anti-aging cosmetic brands and the international distribution of cosmetic products and fragrances with a tailored commercial strategy for each brand. Regarding the formulation business, id beauty is the owner of AG Labs located in New Jersey, which developed the exclusive complex formula of each cosmetic brand of the group. Thus, they ensure the final products effectiveness, which is approved by independant testing labs. Regarding the development business, id beauty is the owner of both Rexaline, which has become a reference in anti-aging superhydratation and is now distributed in 23 countries, and Wonderskin, launched in 2013, which combines for the first time in a single product 4 powerful active anti-aging ingredients in their purest form. id beauty exclusive brands are distributed by famous retailers such as Sephora, Douglas, Nocibé, Planet Parfum, Ile de Beauté. Regarding the distribution business, id beauty acts as a distributor for the most prestigious groups in the fragrance and cosmetics indutries in 30 countries in Europe and in North-America and on 3 segments : selective distribution, mass-selective distribution and mass-market distribution.
