IDAaaS (Intelligent Data Analysis as a Service) is a technological spin-off of University of Paris 13 to bring a new optimization engine for complex systems(*) to the market. This engine uses heterogeneous, distributed data streams as input to produce actionable predictions and recommendations for optimization. From 2010 to 2012, IDAaaS, pioneering Machine Learning as a Service in its early market, focused on delivering to its clients an easy-to-use predictive engine called PredictiveDB (http://predictivedb.com) From 2013, IDAaaS pivoted to focus on performance optimization, meeting a strong demand in defense, financial trading and digital advertising.*: complex systems are defined by these characteristics : high to very high (Velocity + Variety + Volumes) of data to collect and learn from in real time.
