Here are some of our previous engagements: Transit Internet COGS reduction: Performed traffic analysis of top N BGP peers using pmacct/influx/grafana stack. Wrote peering framework to perform automated solicitation of bilateral peers using peeringdb to determine where peers and organization had mutual presence. Templated configuration for peering sessions in maintenance/pending and active states. This resulted in a 50% monthly recurring reduction of internet cost (P95). Brownfield Configuration Management: Perform discovery and templating for legacy devices and data sources to generate full drop in replacement configurations. This was done in the Ansible framework, with customers actively collaborating to arrive at the best possible data model for turnover of support. This included core infrastructure as well as service overlays with a variety of tech stacks (Carrier Ethernet, MPLS, VXLAN, AWS Direct Connect, etc.) Vendor not supported natively in Ansible? No problem, we'll write the parser. Device Upgrade Frameworks: Hands free upgrades for vendor software. Integration with ticketing and notification systems (Service Now, Slack, etc). Logic handling for stateful drain scenarios (Cisco VPCs, F5 HA, FW HA, etc). Health checking and validation with external management systems (MRTG, Zabbix, Nagios, etc)
