Founded on August 5 1996, Indonesia Clearing and Guarantee Corporation (IDClear) become the only central counterparty in the Indonesia capital market. IDClear has had develop more secure transaction in the Indonesia capital market through its services covering Securities Transaction Clearing, Guarantee and Risk Management, Collateral Management, Securities Borrowing & Lending, and Triparty Repo. As it evolves, IDClear has broadened its business scope to include other financial services support activities, subject to approval from the OJK and BI, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Our vision is to be the Clearing and Guarantee Institution reliable of providing the best services in capital markets and other financial markets in Indonesia and our goal is to be the trusted CCP for exchange-traded, OTC and bilateral transactions by providing best-in-class infrastructure for clearing, risk management and collateral management services.
