We have extensive knowledge of local planning guidelines, permitted development, planning procedures and the technical requirements for building control encompassing residential extensions and new builds, commercial properties as well as the educations and sports sectors with projects ranging in build size from £20k to £5m. Our studio is in the distinct and beautiful heritage site of The Royal Ordnance Depot in Weedon Bec Northampton. With it’s unique architecture juxtaposed against a variety of wildlife, we are surrounded by creative inspiration. We service the whole of England and Wales.
