Ideal Nourishment

When I was twenty-two, my health totally fell apart. Central to my recovery was relearning how to nourish myself. I attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and discovered bio-individuality, a fancy term that means everyone’s path to well-being is different. I've helped hundreds of people discover the ideal nourishment to move past their chronic or acute disease. With my newfound health, everything seemed possible! Such a wonderful feeling—until it was overwhelming. I started lots of different projects in my search for the one that would make me feel alive. Thankfully, I met Diane Whiddon and explored her Get Clear process. Eventually, the final shroud fell away and I could clearly see my path laid out in front of me. The work that I do today arose out of that rush of clarity. I offer sensitive, passionate, brave entrepreneurs a six-month program to guide them through my process, powerful individual sessions to help my clients bloom wherever they feel stuck, as well as several groups to support creatives in on-going personal growth. To complete the experience, Diane and I lead three transformational retreats on Healing, Clarity and Creation. If you feel depressed, unfocused, or trapped, the first step is a phone call. I’ve been guiding passionate, creative types towards vitality for over ten years. I received my BA in Studio Art from the University of Vermont and attended the Pont Aven School for Contemporary Art in Brittany, France. I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach, and a graduate of the Landmark Forum and Advanced Course. Over the course of my career, I have taught painting classes to underprivileged kids, run a bakery in rural Vermont, taught cooking classes and led workshops in Boulder on writing, drawing, and movement. I've been thinking about creative solutions for most of my life.
