Iden Law Offices offer a small, intimate, and highly professional setting for the delivery of legal counsel in the areas of Estate Planning (wills, trusts, guardianship, probate, trust settlement), Real Estate Transactions (contracts, purchasers and sales, leases, title insurance), Business Transactions (purchase and sale of business or business assets, contract and commercial matters, entity design and organization). Bruce Iden has been practicing law in south Florida since 1981 and holds the highest rating (AV) from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. Mr. iden serves as an adjunct professor in the Legal Studies Institute of Florida International University since 1995.
