Our Service Desk is to support users and act SPOC (Single Point of Contact) and give a solution degree of 80-95% which leaves only a small part of the ongoing problems left to solve on the spot by our customers or staff. Through prevention and structured work continuously documented we give the customer a stable and productive IT environment at a predictable and low cost. Specialists in IT and Support In 1992, PC market grow strong in Sweden and the company originally called the International Development Europe was founded with the ambition to offer consulting services in development. After a few years we broadened our operations to network consultants and it was a great success. Towards the end of the 90s there was a strategic decision to work with operational services, which in those days meant Service Desk and operating at customer sites.
