The Identitype Group is a custom-consulting firm that partners with organizations as they journey to make racial justice, equity, and inclusion a part of their everyday operations. Behavioral skills training to achieve the highest level of Diversity Intelligence is fundamental to The Identitype Group’s DEI work. Because unconscious biases are often hidden and at the root of DEI issues within well-intentioned systems, The Identitype Group uses the Groundwater approach developed by the Racial Equity Institute as a framework for DEI strategy and curriculum development. Further, The Identitype Group’s Inclusive Leadership Training program is based on a leadership methodology called Inclusion Capital™, which provides leaders with a framework for investing fairly, equitably, and justly in every team member. The ultimate goal is to transform transactional workplace cultures into inspired, inclusive environments where whole individuals and their unique identities are appreciated for the value they bring to the entire organization. The Identitype Group firmly believes that when leaders are able to develop consensus by finding common ground within diverse teams, no one is disenfranchised, and all team members are welcome to contribute and benefit from the process – a win-win for everyone involved. The Identitype Group proposes an eight-week self-paced online inclusive leadership training course, called the IdentiQuest. Participants in the IdentiQuest will take an online inclusive leadership assessment to determine their strengths in 12 inclusive leadership categories called Identitypes. Each participant receives their own assessment report scores and inclusive leadership profile, which provides a baseline for leadership growth during the IdentiQuest course.
