IDntify is a company specializing in Biometric technology and Artificial Intelligence to determine who’s on the other side of digital transactions, whether on the onboarding or checkout of a customer’s journey. We do this by enabling onboarding ID checking and transaction validations. We decrease the number of transactions that get rejected due to fraud. False positives account for between 5-25% of lost revenue due to faulty anti-fraud software. How do we do that? How do we increase your income? Onboarding: By providing liveness validation, and ID checking, we can verify customers at the onboarding process. With our anti-spoofing technology, we can identify if the person on the other side is “alive” and check the validity of their ID. Transaction validation: When a transaction gets labeled as a fraud, we automate the process of converting that transaction from lost to recovered in seconds. Using facial recognition and OCR, we ensure that the card owner is “alive,” identity proof by asking for an official ID, and assure the credit card is physically there to prevent CNP fraud. Dashboard Through our dashboard, you can see all activity on transactions approved and those we’ve denied. You can also see real-time updates of any changes in your revenue and any issues in the validation process.
