Ieee Sb Upatras

The Student Branch of the University of Patras is a non-profitable and non-political organization that counts more than 17 years of active presence in the Academic life of Patras, Greece. As a student branch of the (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering), our goals are to foster technological innovation and actively exchange information and technological skills among its student members. To accomplish these goals we organize events such as conferences, seminars, workshops and field excursions with the continuous help of the academic community in order to inform and motivate the audience about these matters. The operation of the branch is based on the voluntary work of undergraduates and postgraduates students, as well as professors of many fields across the wide spectrum of Engineering and Computer Science. Our purpose is to: “Sparkle curiosity, keeping it alive”.
