Ieee Ucet Iub

UCET IUB Student Branch, established in April 2010, has six technical chapters and one affinity group working enthusiastically for the past 10 years. The UCET IUB is one of the most active branches of Pakistan and Region 10. It has won R10 SAC Best Student Branch Award thrice and got award of R10 Student Branch of the month. UCET IUB achieved a historic feat of winning 14 Awards (7 at Lahore Section and 7 at National Level) and become the most award winner branch at national level by following the reports of year 2021, 2 Awards by the year 2020, and 8 Awards by the year 2019. UCET IUB also received 20 Loyalty Awards (Six 5 Years Loyalty Awards & fourteen 3 Years Loyalty Awards) at 1st AGM of Bahawalpur Sub-Section. For the last four years, the branch has been able to achieve a membership count of more than 50 and a retention rate of 60-70% through various incentives offered to its volunteers. The UCET IUB and its technical chapters organized more than 80 events including 3 mega-events in the last two years and won grants from Foundation, and a special HAC grant for the COVID-19 project. The UCET IUB won Events Grant from HAC 5 times, from YP 6 times, and from 3 times from R10 as well during last two years.
