Our Mission: IEP Collaborative, Inc.(IEPC) seeks the opportunity for students with special needs to reach their full potential, by providing free special education legal services and seminars, and securing appropriate individualized education programming one child at a time. About Us: Founded on personal experiences, IEP Collaborative, Inc.(IEPC) is a nonprofit public interest law corporation providing free legal services for California’s special needs students and their families. The (Individualized Education Plan) IEP – which is the cornerstone of a student’s educational program-specifies the services to be delivered, the student’s present levels of performance, and the accommodations and modifications needed to support student success. We seek to ensure that clients understand their right to participate during the formation and implementation of an IEP, and are equipped to participate as active members of the IEP team. Focus on Self-Advocacy IEPC empowers parents and students to engage in self-advocacy and collaboration around appropriate and uniquely tailored IEP and special education programming to facilitate measurable student progress.
