Our team have extensive experience having come from large multi-disciplinary backgrounds which allows us to tailor the advice to suit your specific requirements. Each instruction is led by a Director with a minimum of 15 years experience to ensure standards are maintained. As an independent consultancy, we ensure we have your best interests in mind from the outset. We specialise in commercial property within all sectors of the industry including office, retail, industrial, science parks and shopping centres. Our client base ranges from large national pension funds and developers through to occupiers. After previously developing successful Building Consultancy departments as employees Gregg Iredale and Tom Frankel founded IF Building Consultancy Ltd to use their joint 40 years experience to specialise in Project Management and Building Consultancy services aiming to provide independent, expert commercial advice to investors, occupiers, developers and funders of commercial property nationally throughout the UK.
