In January 2023, the merger agreement was signed, and by June 2023, IFCHOR GALBRAITHS completed the successful integration, uniting over 20 offices and a diverse team of 300+ professionals. Galbraiths, with a rich history dating back to 1847, has grown into a prominent shipbroking company based in London. Over the years, Galbraiths ventured into ship ownership, joined Matthews Wrightson Group in 1968, and underwent a successful management buy-out in 1987. Pre-merger, Galbraiths held a strong position as a leading tanker brokerage with a respected Sale and Purchase business, operating globally with a team of over 100 personnel.
