IFCI is a Systematically Important Non Deposit Taking Non Banking Finance Company (NBFC-ND-SI) in the public sector. Established in 1948 as a statutory corporation, IFCI is a public limited company listed on BSE and NSE. IFCI has six number of subsidiaries and one associate under its fold. IFCI is having mandate to provide financial support for the diversified growth of Industries across the spectrum. In Government Advisory, IFCI is appointed as a Project Management Agency (PMA) for various Production Linked Incentive (PLI) schemes launched under the aegis of "Atmanirbhar Bharat" by the Government of India. These schemes are aimed at boosting domestic manufacturing and to attract large investment in the identified sectors. IFCI is also the Verifying & Monitoring Agency for various capital subsidy schemes.Under Corporate Advisory, IFCI is offering financial advisory, ESG advisory and other Project advisory services to the Corporate & Government sectors.
