Ifma Belgium Chapter

The IFMA Belgium Chapter has the goal and ambition to be the absolute FM Thought Leader on the strategic role of FM in Belgium. The Chapter will leverage the Belgian Facility Management community by focusing on the human/build experience, qualitative knowledge exchange, strategic insights, ambitious international networking, and the mentoring of young professionals and students. It’s aim is to promote an innovative, sustainable and people-oriented future through intelligent and hybrid infrastructures and actively lobbying with local policy makers. And having fun while at it. The Belgium Chapter will perform on both national and international level by using the IFMA global network which is the world's largest and most widely recognized association for facility management professionals, supporting over members in more than 100 countries. All together we will lead the future of the built environment to make the world a better place. IFMA Belgium will advance the collective knowledge, value and growth for FM professionals and all related parties so they can perform at the highest level. The IFMA Belgium Chapter has 4 core ambitions: 1. We connect our members by means of networking, mentoring and career supporting activities. We will inspire the FM community to share and boost knowledge. We will lead the conversation with policy makers to raise awareness around the impact of our industry on the general economy and influence local legislation. We will contribute to the expansion of the IFMA Belgian network by using our strong international relations to the benefit of our members. All these items will be presented throughout the entire year by means of events, webinars, training or learning sessions and knowledge sharing.
