IFS Performance is a full suite consulting company that aims to develop mindful athletes in the sport of swimming. From Injury prevention, to athletic performance initiatives we seek to work with likeminded and passionate people to develop skills that point towards healthy and balanced athletic career. We hope to achieve these goals by monitoring athletes’ stroke mechanics and performance. In the process we aim to develop mindful athletes; we want our athletes to be actively engaged in the long term athletic performance development process, and actively engaged in the learning process.
