We are a design-build boutique GC with the manpower, wheelhouse, and subcontractor depth to rival, and in most cases, exceed the level of execution and preconstruction diligence of any other GC in town and we stand by this. Many of our project designs stem from collaborative input and insight from all parties involved. Rick McMinn, owner and ultimate visionary, has built multiple bars on Rainey along with a laundry list of another 300 locations (mostly restaurant, speakeasy/bar, and retail) that IGC has either finished out or built from the ground up.
