Igem Guelph

iGEM Guelph is a student-led team that uses synthetic biology to solve real-world problems. Each year, we bring together undergraduate students from biology, engineering, and computer science to create an original project for the iGEM Grand Jamboree in Paris. Our work blends lab research, software modeling, and engineering to develop practical, high-impact solutions. Outside the lab, we connect with the community to promote biotech awareness, build partnerships, and secure funding through outreach and sponsorships. We’re driven by a passion for science, education, and making a real difference through innovation.
